I'm a living witness that self-love is possible. I'm also a living witness to the fact that we live life to the level of our esteem. That includes all areas of life: career, money, physical, relationships, and even how you live your life.
For years I put my "well-being" in the hands of others thinking this will make me happy or this person will complete me. But I was let down time and time again. Twelve years ago I was led on a self-love journey that began with building a stronger relationship with Him. God is me as ME, so I was in essence also building a relationship with myself, and that relationship is growing stronger daily!
What I know now is:
1. We all make the best decisions for where we are in life at any given moment and in any condition. To deem them "good or bad" is casting judgment on ourselves. We live in that judgment through guilt and self-condemnation, and even through self-righteousness.
2. We draw unto ourselves situations we need that will help us heal, learn and grow. It is up to us to do just that - heal, learn and grow. Not others. Your path is yours only!
3. No one and no-thing can determine our joy and happiness. They come from within. (Check out my most recent class on Finding Your Happy Place.)
4. Never dim your light so others can shine. There is enough darkness that allows each and every one of us to shine brightly. Consider how the stars shine brightly in the darkness of the galaxies. Your light is needed and necessary to lead others on their path.
5. It is perfectly okay to choose you over negativity, over drama, or dis-ease, or anything that pulls you away from your god-like self. Choosing yourself is simply realigning with your Higher Self.
6. We must give ourselves space, time, and permission to sort through our old B.S. (Belief Systems) and begin adopting new, empowering beliefs that will lead us to our place called There.
7. Life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest in whatever capacity that you desire. Enjoy it and have fun!
8. One day you'll look back at your journey and see that everything was meant to be exactly as it was. Life happened for you, not to you. In other words, it all worked together for your good and it was necessary.
I can truly say that despite the abuse, despite an absent father, despite the death of family, despite my "poor" decisions over my lifetime (perhaps a better phrase would be "because of"), I sincerely love the woman I've become and the woman I Am becoming!
How I Can Help You:
The life we all currently live is a direct result of our thoughts, words, beliefs, and level of self-love. As a life coach, I've learned over the years that although many people know what to do to change their lives, they often don't do what it takes because they need personal direction, motivation, and accountability. Because of that, I created the Inner Work Coaching Program, a personalized one-on-one program where I walk you through the processes to discover and align with your True Essence so you can live a life you love.
The sessions are all-encompassing with inner work and self-love as the foundations and range in a variety of focuses: spiritual development and alignment, improving your self-image, emotional healing, soul balance, goal setting, and achievement, building your mental fortitude, healthy relationships, creating empowering habits, building your beliefs, time management, life and home organization, business strategies, and consultation + much more.
I would be honored to work alongside you helping you do your inner work towards living a life you enjoy in all aspects. To learn more and sign-up today, click here>>
