I started Inner Work University as "Self-Love University" 5 years ago today. Through it, I help women H.E.A.L. (honor, empower, accept, love) themselves unconditionally. We do this work on a deeper level by going within to the inner corridors of our souls to undo, unlearn, deprogram, and dismantle all illusions, lies, and distorted beliefs about ourselves. Through inner work, we remember who we are and forget who we're not. It is in this remembrance that we discover Oneness with God and learn how, through Oneness, we can truly love ourselves and then others.
Inner Work University is a virtual healing home that welcomes everyone from all backgrounds and beliefs. It's a safe place to be fully expressive while discovering the truth of who you are. We are a community of loving souls on a journey to total soul freedom. My goal is for every member of Inner Work University to feel safe, loved, and supported as you do the inner work. It is possible for you to h.e.a.l. yourself alone, but it's amazing when you can do it inside of a community of like-minded people.
